How do I care for my Memori Beads and Bracelet?

To clean the bracelet and beads use a jeweller’s polishing cloth and rub gently making sure that you rub each bead individually. Do not use silver liquid cleaner or harsh chemicals on the bracelet or beads as this may take off the oxidization on the beads which gives it that unique detailed look. You may rinse in lukewarm water to wash off dirt but try not to leave in water for long periods of time

Take caution when taking the bracelet on or off as dropping it on a hard surface could cause damage to both the bracelet and the beads

Do not wear during any vigorous activities such as sport, household cleaning activites or extreme exercise

Do not bring your bracelet or beads into contact with any harsh chemical, paints or put in ultrasonic cleaner.

Do not wear the bracelet or beads in chlorinated water, spas, saunas or heated pools

Your Memori beads should be stored separately from other jewellery.

What length is the recommend length to purchase?

The Memori bracelets come 4 standard sizes : 18cm, 19cm, 20cm, 21cm. If you Normally wear 18 cm then we suggest buying 19cm to accommodate for the beads

What happens if I have a problem with my Memori Beads jewellery?

Should you have a problem with your bracelet please take it to the Jeweller you Purchased it from and they will contact us with your replacement beads, unless if you are out of town you can contact us directly on info@ lolly-jewels.com and we will assist you.
